I'm a broadcaster/curator/artist/writer and occasional musician, based in Devon.

 

This web site is primarily about art created during my art degree studies at Exeter College & Plymouth College of Art, and subsequent activities. Lately I've shifted focus to radio broadcasts, writing and playing music.

In my art I often used manipulated images from popular culture to raise questions about the way we live. Some of my pieces warned of the dystopian future fostered by multinational corporations, while other work focused on identity and the individual. I mainly used collage and installation, but also worked with other media such as mark-making, photography, text, performance and taxidermy. I'm interested in the connection between activist art and politics, and in trying to make a difference.
